Prototype 2 : Historical Typefaces

In the second prototype, I tried to explore the evolution of historical types using horizontal scroll with pan gesture. In this prototype, the user can see a comparison of the changes in typeface design. However, in this layout, it was not possible to see a big picture of typography design, since it can only display two typefaces at most. Through this prototype, I began imagining about glyphs that could morph through animations that show the transitions between different typefaces. Additionally, I came up with the idea of overlying graphics that indicate important elements of type, such as axis, aperture and terminal, so that users can easily understand the differences between them.
